Mike Kulisheck has extensive survey research, polling, focus group, and people meter dial-test experience working with political campaigns, non-profits, local governments, and various corporate clients. In 2006, he directed polling for the Claire McCaskill Senate campaign. He directed polling for the Barack Obama U.S. Senate campaign in 2004, and the Tom Harkin Senate campaign in 2002. Kulisheck is also a RIVA-trained focus group moderator. Kulisheck worked at Penn, Schoen & Berland and Talmey-Drake Research & Strategy prior to joining Harstad Research. He earned a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Pittsburgh, and has taught as an adjunct professor.
